Bus 

The clinic is conveniently located near several bus stops on Help St in Chatswood. Several bus routes serve this area, including routes: 136, 144, 257, 265, 270, 272, 275, 343, 343A, 348, 533, 534, 544, 549, 556, 558, 566, 573, 594, 612X, 652X, 653X, 656X, 657X, 663, 758, 761, 832, 850, 860, 900, and M40. Buses may drop you off at nearby stops.

Train

Chatswood train station is the major railway station in Chatswood, with services on the T1 North Shore & Western Line and the T9 Northern Line. From Central Station, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Chatswood by train.

Cars

If you're driving, there are several parking options available near Ground Floor, 7 Help St. There is limited street parking on Help St and surrounding streets. Additionally, there are several parking stations nearby such as in the Zenith Centre on McIntosh St, offering both hourly and daily rates. Please note that availability may vary, so it's advisable to check in advance. For 2 hours of free parking, Westfield Chatswood Car Park is about a 15-minute walk away.

Where do I park?

Chatswood

  • Paid street parking is available on Help Street and other surrounding streets. Please note that parking inspectors patrol the streets regularly.
  • There are also many parking stations in the vicinity.
  • If you are willing to walk 10 to 15 minutes, Westfield parking is now 2 to 4 hours free. They request you download an app to get the extra hours.

How do I obtain a referral?

A valid referral is required to consult with one of our Rheumatologists in order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. A referral for a Rheumatologist can be obtained from your GP or from another specialist. A referral from a GP is valid for 12 months and a referral from a specialist is valid for 3 months.

A referral is not needed to see any of the Allied Health team.

When are you open?

Clinic Opening Hours

Monday – Thursday 7:00am - 7:00pm

Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday 7:30am -12:30pm

What do I bring to my appointment?

  • Your referral letter.

  • Any relevant X-rays and scans

  • Any relevant blood tests if available

  • Medicare card (Pensioner or Repatriation Card if applicable)

  • Claim number & details for Workers Compensation and Third Party claims

  • List of medications

  • Your Private health insurance card which will help process HICAPS claims and allow you to claim your rebate immediately.
